Shipping policy

Same Day Shipping

All orders (of in-stock items) placed Monday through Thursday before 2 PM EST will ship the same day. Orders placed on Friday before 12 PM EST will also ship the same day. 

 

 

International Orders:

We currently do not ship internationally. Customers wishing to ship internationally may place the order as a pickup and arrange their own shipping. Customer will be responsible for all costs associated with shipping as well as customs fees and documents.  

Some items cannot be exported due to manufacturer or government restrictions. We reserve the right to block certain products from being shipped outside the USA.

Signature Confirmation:

Some orders may require a signature at the time of delivery. If a signature is required, the carrier will make three delivery attempts, excluding weekends and holidays. Carrier will not deliver unless they obtain a signature.

Customer Initiated Order Cancellation: :

Prior to shipment of your order, you may cancel your order at any time by emailing us at info@econohome.net or by calling our Customer Service Department at 929-203-5581
or by logging into your account. If your order has already shipped, you may return your order in accordance with our return policy.

Right to cancel orders 

We reserve the right to refuse and cancel any order if we suspect that the order was placed in a fraudulent manner. We will attempt to verify suspected orders in accordance to our payment verification policy and the order will be placed on hold until the verification process is done. Once the verification process is done we will release the order and ship via the payment method selected. We also reserve the right to cancel orders that are connected to credit disputes. Orders that will be canceled will be issued a refund the next business day.
